Returns only for Online Store.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer unless there has been a shipping error or a problem with the item, in which case Bari Swimwear will be responsible for the shipping.

- The policy lasts 15 calendar days. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or return.

-For international shipments, no exchanges or returns are accepted.

-Returns or exchanges are not accepted on items priced at $999.00 or less. . 

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be unworn, in the same shipping condition, with tags, hygienic patch, and in the original packaging. Bari Swimwear is not responsible for the loss of return or exchange packages; the customer must ensure to choose a reliable shipping method.

-Bari Swimwear reserves the right not to make an exchange if the garment is damaged or in poor condition, as well as the right to refuse unauthorized exchanges or returns.

- For online purchases, exchanges or returns cannot be made in physical stores.

- If there is a shipping error or a problem with the item, you have 7 days from the arrival of the purchase to notify e-shop@bariswimwear.com. If the deadline is exceeded, Bari Swimwear cannot make the exchange or return.

Items not eligible for return:

- Gift cards

- Personal hygiene items

To make a return or exchange, the purchase receipt is required.

-No exchange or return will be accepted if it is not notified and authorized via email at e-shop@bariswimwear.com

The shipping address is the same as it appears on the invoice.

Applicable returns

After receiving the item, it will be reviewed and you will be notified of the exchange or return decision.

If approved, the refund will be made using the original payment method and will take 4 to 5 business days to process. 

Gifts

If the item is a gift, then a gift voucher will be issued for the same amount as the item was purchased for.

Shipping

From the date of purchase, shipping will take an estimated 4 to 5 business days to be processed and arrive at your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to follow up on your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for import duties, customs, and taxes. We do not have control over tariffs or taxes collected by each country where we ship the order.
