Returns are made by the customer unless there was a shipping error or a problem with the item, in which case Bari Swimwear will be responsible for the package.
- The policy lasts 15 calendar days. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately we will not be able to make an exchange or refund.
-In international shipments, exchanges or returns are not accepted.
-Returns are not accepted on sale suits of $799.00 or lower price .
- In order to apply for a return or exchange, the garment must be unused, in the same condition as it was shipped, with labels, hygienic patch and in the original packaging. Bari Swimwear is not responsible for the loss of return or exchange packages, the client must make sure to choose a reliable shipping method.
-Bari Swimwear reserves the right not to make the change if the garment is damaged or in poor condition, as well as the right to reject unauthorized changes or returns.
- In online purchases, changes or returns cannot be made in physical stores.
- If it is a shipping error or a problem with the item, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to notify email@example.com. In case of exceeding the deadline, Bari Swimwear will not be able to make the change or refund.
Items that do not apply to return:
- Gift cards
- Personal hygiene items
In order to make the return or exchange, the purchase receipt is required.

After receiving the item, it will be reviewed and you will be notified of the decision to exchange or return.
If it is approved, then the return will be made in the form in which the payment was made, it will take 4 to 5 business days to make the return.
If the item is a gift, then a gift voucher will be given in the same amount that the item was purchased with.
From the date of purchase, the shipment will take an estimated 4 to 5 business days to be processed and reach your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to be able to track your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for import duties, customs and taxes. We do not have control of duties or taxes collected by each country where we ship the order.
