Shipments and Returns

Returns

Returns are borne by the customer unless it has been a shipping error or a problem with the item, in which case Bari Swimwear will be responsible for the parcel.

- The policy lasts 15 calendar days. If more than 15 days have passed unfortunately we will not be able to make a change or return.

- In order to apply to a return or exchange, the garment must be unused, in the same shipping condition, with labels, hygiene patch and in the original wrap.

- In Online purchases you will not be able to make changes or returns in physical stores.

Items that do not apply to return:

- Gift cards

- Personal hygiene items

In order to make the return or exchange, the purchase receipt is required.

-No exchange or return will be received if not notified and authorized by mail  e-shop@bariswimwear.com

The shipping address is the same as the one on the invoice.

Applicable returns

After receiving the item, you will be reviewed and notified of the change or return decision.

If approved, then the refund will be made in the manner with which the payment was made, it will take 4 to 5 business days to make the return. 

Gifts

If the item is a gift, then a gift voucher will be given with the same amount with which the item is bought.

Shipping

From the date of purchase, it will take 4-5 business days for the shipment to be processed and reach your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to track your purchase. Please consider that we are not responsible for import duties, customs and taxes. We do not have the control of tariffs or taxes collected by each country where we ship the order.
